When an order is placed by you online, your credit/debit card is debited to the full value of the order.
Acknowledgment and acceptance of your order
Upon placing an order you will receive an automated email setting out the details of the order and allocating an order number. We will email you again to confirm dispatch details.
Cancellation & Return
MyHairBrush is a UK based website and complies with UK consumer law including the Distance Selling Regulations. You have the legal right to cancel your order for most items unless (Personalised) within 14 working days of receiving the goods. If you wish to cancel using this right, you need to inform us by email or phone within 14 working days starting the day after you received the goods. You must take reasonable care of the goods and immediately return them to us in the normal way. Reasonable care means that they have not been used in a manner other than which you would have examined the goods in a shop prior to purchase. Items cancelled before they are dispatched will have all costs refunded. The customer will be responsible for all postage costs if they cancel an order after they have been posted i.e. the costs of the goods only will be refunded.
Defective items
If you have received a defective or damaged item, please let us know within 14 days by email or phone. Please include original order number and explain defect. we will need a photo if item is damaged
We will endeavour to resolve the problem and find the most appropriate remedy i.e. replacement or refund.
Exchange of Goods
Items returned because we have posted the wrong item
If we have sent you an item which is different from what is listed on your invoice we will be happy to make an exchange and pay your postage costs for returning the item.
Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Goods must be returned along with the original packaging where possible.
You will have to pay the post office to return the goods, but we will refund these costs to your card. We can only refund the cost of Royal Mail Standard Parcels. Goods must be accompanied with a covering letter or note invoice No:
