SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery We aim to dispatch all orders within 4 - 5 working days.,
Items are made to order and may take time to complete If there will be any delay with your order, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Availability We regularly update the availability of stock.
In the rare event of a problem with availability of a product, we will contact you.
You may then wish to cancel the order or wait until the item becomes available.
All orders are accepted as subject to availability.

Cancellation & Return

Myhairbrush is a UK based website and complies with UK consumer law including the
Distance Selling Regulations.
You have the legal right to cancel your order for most items within 14 working days of receiving the goods. If you wish to cancel using this right, you need to inform us in writing within 14 working days starting the day after you received the goods. You must take reasonable care of the goods and immediately return them to us in the normal way. Reasonable care means that they have not been used in a manner other than which you would have examined the goods in a shop prior to purchase. Items cancelled before they are dispatched will have all costs refunded. The customer will be responsible for all postage costs if they cancel an order after they have been posted i.e. the costs of the goods only will be refunded.

Defective items

If you have received a defective or damaged item, please let us know within 14 days by email or phone. Please include original order number and explain defect. we will need a photo of the damage

We will endeavour to resolve the problem and find the most appropriate remedy i.e. replacement or refund.
